In the top-right corner of the scenario manager you find the validate option. The validation checks the levels of each assumption line item and marks them with a yellow warning sign, if errors are found.
The validation checks:
- That absolute assumption line items (default) have the same levels as the node that they are connected to. These settings can become inconsistent after you updated the model to include more or less dimensions.
- Fix: reconfigure the line item, it will automatically get the right levels. You must save your data before, e.g. via an excel download an manually migrate it.
- That all values in an assumption line item are valid choices for the level. This can happen after you modified a level/dimension.
- Fix: The values are not used for the calculation anyways. remove or migrate them.
